Eligibility:

• D'Surya Villa is for Muslims only.

Maximum Guests:

• Each unit can host up to 10 guests (adults + children).

• Extra charge: RM40 /person if exceeding 10 guests.

Smoking Policy:

• No smoking inside the unit.

• Fine: RM150 cleaning fee .

Alcohol & Non-Halal Food:

• Strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Furniture Rules:

• Return furniture and kitchen utensils to its original position before check-out.

Check-In/Out:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM

• Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:

• Allowed with management approval.

• Charge: RM30/hour.

House Passcode:

• Provided on check-in day before 3:00 PM after full payment.

Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness for safety and neighbor comfort.

• Damaged/stained items fees:

  • Bedsheet: RM50

  • Quilt cover: RM75

  • Quilt: RM100

  • Mattress protector: RM60

  • Towel: RM45

  • Pillowcase: RM25

  • Floor mat: RM45

Outside Guests:

• Not allowed inside the villa area.
